Pricing, scheduling, service area and everything else people ask before starting a project.
What areas do you serve?
We're based in the Design District at 1002 Ash Street and work throughout Dallas–Fort Worth, including Irving, Garland, Plano, Frisco, Arlington, Grand Prairie and Mesquite. Projects outside DFW are reviewed case by case.
How do I get a quote?
Use the estimate form on our Contact page, email developer@kimometal.com, or call 972-815-2588. Attach drawings, photos or rough measurements. Most quotes are returned within two business days.
Do you work from engineered drawings?
Yes. We fabricate from stamped structural drawings and can produce shop drawings for approval. For residential work we can help you get to a buildable design.
Are you insured?
Yes. We carry general liability and workers' compensation coverage and can provide a certificate of insurance on request before work begins.
What does a typical project cost?
It depends on material, finish and installation conditions. A residential railing often starts around $85–$180 per linear foot installed, while structural work is priced per drawing. Our estimator on the Services page gives a rough range.
How long does fabrication take?
Small parts and repairs: 2–5 business days. Railings and gates: 2–4 weeks. Structural packages: scheduled after shop drawing approval, typically 3–6 weeks.
Do you offer a warranty?
Yes. Workmanship is warranted for two years from installation; finishes carry the manufacturer's warranty. See our Warranty page for details.
Can I visit the shop?
Absolutely. Call ahead and we'll walk you through material samples, finishes and current work in progress.
What payment methods do you accept?
Check, ACH, and major credit cards. Larger projects use a deposit plus progress billing schedule set out in the written proposal.
